  • Facilitator: Delivered by lived experience trainer from JC Mental Health

  • Understanding Mental Health - What mental health really means, breaking stigma, and exploring the spectrum of wellbeing

  • Common Challenges - Anxiety, depression, burnout, and grief — with space for lived experience and reflection

  • Break - Optional movement, journaling, or quiet time to reset

  • Resilience & Recovery - What resilience is (and isn’t), the 4 Pillars of Resilience, and a creative Resilience Map activity

  • Hope & Action
