About Me

Jamie Challenger – My Mission

I speak because silence nearly took me.

I listen because no one should carry it alone.

I show up because I lost Kasey — and I won’t let that pain go to waste.

My mission is simple:

To turn lived experience into connection, healing, and hope.

To create spaces — online, in rooms, through words — where people feel seen, heard, and safe.

To use every tool I have—TikTok, training, community, creativity — to reach those who are struggling.

To honour my daughter by helping others live.

_______________________________________________________________

As a trainer and facilitator specialising in mental health awareness, emotional literacy, and safeguarding, my work is rooted in lived experience, and designed to be practical, honest, and accessible.

I’ve delivered training across sectors—from community groups to professional teams—covering topics like Child Protection, Health & Safety, Mental Health, and emotional resilience. Every session is built to connect, not just inform. I believe people learn best when they feel safe, seen, and understood.

My approach blends storytelling, humour, and hands-on tools. I design bespoke resources that speak to real-life challenges—whether it’s navigating grief, managing stress, or building emotional awareness in the workplace. I also train facilitators, helping others lead with confidence and compassion.

If you're looking for training that’s grounded, human, and built to make a difference—I’d love to work with you.

About Empty Boxes

You might have heard it before. You lock your problems, hurt and trauma away in a box in the loft and try to forget it's there. When mental health hits you, it is sometimes because you locked the trauma away in that metaphoric box in the loft that is your mind. Those boxes start to leak into your daily thoughts, and the longer you leave before dealing with them, the harder it is to fix them.

Someone with good mental health might face the problems head-on. Someone with bad mental health might pretend it's not there and try to move on.

The idea of Empty Boxes is to always have a community and support team to listen, help and support.

No trauma, hurt or problem needs to go into a box... Ever!

Founder and Friend to everyone

Hi, I am Jamie. I started this website because I would not be here without the help and support of others.

With PTSD, Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, I found myself hitting rock bottom. I now want to make sure you dont!
