Self-worth isn’t a prize you win.

It’s not earned through hustle, or how well you hide the cracks.
It’s not about being liked, or being useful, or being strong all the time.
You don’t need to be fixed to be worthy. You don’t need to be busy to be valid.
You’re allowed to rest. To say no. To take up space.
You’re allowed to feel messy, And still matter.
You’re not a project. You’re a person.
And you were enough before anyone told you otherwise.
So here’s what helps:
Catch the voice that says “not good enough.”
Ask where it came from.
Ask who benefits from you believing it.
Then interrupt it. With truth. With kindness. With boundaries.
You don’t need permission to exist.
You don’t need proof to be loved.
You are worthy.
Even when you doubt it.
Even when you forget it.
Even when you don’t feel it at all.
