Daily Actions

Today's action is to practice an alternative for when you find yourself procrastinating. Think of something that you may have been avoiding or putting off until later. Remember this happens to many of us.
What works well is breaking down the tasks into smaller manageable tasks, that you can commit to doing a little bit every day.
