🎤 I Am Proof  by [Your Name]

It’s your third birthday since you left,
No cake, no song, no gifts were kept.
Just silence where your laughter lay,
And emptiness that haunts the day.
There were days I couldn’t breathe,
Trapped beneath a silent grief.
Thoughts like thunder, sharp and loud,
A mind wrapped tight in heavy cloud.
I wore a smile that wasn’t mine,
Just to make it through the time.
Each morning felt like climbing stone,
Each night I faced the dark alone.
But healing isn’t loud or fast—

It’s tiny steps that slowly last.
It’s learning how to speak your pain,
And finding strength inside the strain.
It’s asking help when pride says no,
It’s letting tears have room to flow.
It’s messy, raw, and rarely neat,
But every fall can grow new feet.
And now I stand, not fully whole,
But stitched with light where pain took toll.
I’ve seen the worst, I’ve felt the weight,
And still I rise, I still create.
So if you’re lost, or feeling low,
Please hear the truth I’ve come to know:
The night won’t last, the storm will cease,
And in its place, a quiet peace.
I am proof that things can mend,
That broken hearts can start again.
You’re not alone, you’re not too far,
Your healing waits where brave hearts are.
